Aid delivered to the Donbass

It was a very tight fit, the 1,000 kilos in aid goods that our Sacha drove from Kharkiv towards the battleground in the Donbass.

The transport was arranged by our staff members Tetyana and Sacha. From the city of Pokrovsk, which is a 300 kilometre drive through the warzone from Khrkiv, the aid parcels will be distributed among refugees. These people used to live neat the front.

The parcels have aid products for 500 people. For women there are hygiene products and baby formula for young mothers. Local friends of our foundation are helping us in the distribution.

The need in the Donbass is so high, that we want to help more people. Think of people who have fled from Bakhmut, Adiivka and also people who have lost their homes in the city of Pokrovsk. The cost of each aid parcel is about €25 including delivery costs and we do our utmost to offer as much aid as we can to the people who are in desperately in need.
