New Mini Bus for Romania

Many participants in our latest fundraiser have made it possible for the Sparta Children's Village in Techirghiol to receive a new mini bus. The current vehicle, a Volkswagen Caddy, has reached the end of its life and needs to be replaced. Thanks to the efforts of especially Awe Krijger, the Wolfert van Borselen School, Rob Bouman of the Rotterdam Mobility Center RMC and M-Star Freight Services we have arranged a new mini bus. A former Sparta Youth Academy bus became available and it has been fully refurbished and has received a full technical inspection and clearance. The mini bus is currently on its way to Romania inside a shipping container and once in the country it will be put on a Romanian registration. We are very happy with the result of this necessary fundraiser and we would than like to extend  awarm thank you to everyone involved!
